(More customer reviews)At first glance this miniature Thames and Hudson treasure seems like a greeting card, but the excellent color photographs and succint text provide a miniature tour of some of the finest jewels of ancient craft. The book is not large enough for more esorteric commentary, but the fine pictures display details welcomed by modern designers and metal smiths. This highly portable work is an excellent addition to any collector's library.
