Jumps right into showing a simple hieroglyphic alphabet (so kids can do their names) and the Egyptian numbering system. Very brief introduction to how hieroglyphic writing was used in Ancient Egypt, a page on the scribes, a page on papyrus, a page on the Rosetta Stone and Champollion, and a very simple glossary. Early grades. Excellent introduction.
